The Requirements Which Must Be Fulfilled To Set Up Representative Office:

Letter of Intent (2 original & 2 copies) from the foreign company or association of foreign companies abroad which declares its intention to appoint its representative in Indonesia and ratified by Notary Public and Ministry of Foreign Affairs Malaysia.

Letter of Appointment (2 original & 2 copies) which is made by the foreign company or association of foreign company or association of foreign companies abroad which minimally contains the name of foreign citizen individual who is appointed as representative, field of activities and period of validity and ratified by Notary Public and Ministry of Foreign Affairs Malaysia.

Letter of Statement (2 original & 2 copies) that the party concerned shall not operate trade activities, except the activity as referred to under the existing rules and regulation and ratified by Notary Public and Ministry of Foreign Affairs Malaysia.
- Copy of Memorandum and Article of Association (MNA) (2 full sets) endorse by Company Commission of Malaysia (CCM).

List of Curriculum Vitae or personal history (4 sets) is made by the party concerned which minimally containes birth day (age), nationality, education and working experience.
